Trade Journal is a digital software product. Orders for the standard Trade Journal product do not include a physical CD, USB drive, printed manual or other physical shipment.
Because the product is delivered digitally, no physical shipping address is used to send the standard Trade Journal product and no physical shipping charge applies unless a future offer clearly states otherwise.
After successful payment confirmation, access to the purchased product is provided electronically through the delivery method shown at checkout or after purchase.
Information about download access, package contents, installation, replacement downloads and delivery problems is provided separately in the Trade Journal Digital Delivery Policy.
Some payment methods may require additional processing before payment is confirmed. Digital delivery begins after the order is successfully confirmed through the checkout or payment provider.
If your payment was successful but you did not receive access to the purchased product, contact support@tradejournal.in and include your order or payment reference when available.
