Digital Delivery

Digital delivery: Trade Journal is a digital product. No physical product is shipped.

1. What you receive

The purchased package may include the Trade Journal HTML application, Trade Journal Android APK, iPhone setup instructions, README documentation, LICENSE.md, VERSION information and other files included with the purchased release. The exact package contents displayed at the time of purchase apply to that order.

2. Delivery method

After successful payment, the product will be delivered electronically through the method shown at checkout. This may include a direct download, download page, email containing a download link, or another clearly communicated electronic method.

3. Delivery time

Digital delivery is intended to occur after successful payment confirmation. Some payment methods may require additional processing before payment is confirmed.

4. No physical shipping

Trade Journal does not ship a CD, USB drive, printed manual or other physical package unless a future offer expressly states otherwise. No physical shipping charge applies to the standard digital product.

5. Keep your package

After receiving Trade Journal, keep the original digital package in a safe location. Do not rely indefinitely on a temporary download link remaining available.

6. Installation

Desktop/browser users should follow the included README. Android users should follow the included Android installation instructions and install only the official APK supplied with the package. iPhone users should follow the included iPhone setup guide.

7. Security

Only install or open Trade Journal files received through the official purchase/download channel. Do not install APK files claiming to be Trade Journal from unknown third-party websites or file-sharing services.

8. Download problems

If the download link does not work, the file is incomplete, the archive is corrupted or a required file is missing, email support@tradejournal.in with your order/payment reference. We will attempt to provide a replacement delivery.

9. Updates

If a newer version is supplied to you, export and safely store a Trade Journal backup before changing versions. Availability of future updates is governed by the offer associated with your purchase and the Terms & Conditions.

10. Refunds

Problems involving failed digital delivery are handled under the Refund Policy.
